1. Who we are
Luna is a baby routine tracking app offered by GLD Solutions, registered under CNPJ 55.040.070/0001-65, based in Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil. In these terms, we refer to GLD Solutions as "we" and to the app's user as "you".
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or simply using Luna, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any point, please don't use the app.
3. Registration and account
To use Luna, you need to create an account with Apple, Google, or email. You're responsible for keeping your registration information correct and up to date, and for protecting access to your account. If you notice any misuse, contact us immediately.
4. Free Plan and Pro Plan
Luna offers a free plan that includes sleep tracking and cloud-saved history. The Pro Plan unlocks additional features such as calculated sleep windows and alerts, complete tracking of other activities (feedings, diapers, medications, solids), a dashboard shared with family, and reports. The features of each plan may be adjusted over time, and these changes take effect starting from the next billing cycle.
5. Payment, renewal, and cancellation
Pro Plan subscriptions are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) and follow those stores' rules. Billing renews automatically at the end of each cycle, unless you cancel up to 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel at any time in the Settings of your account on the relevant store. Free trial periods, when offered, are disclosed before the subscription, and billing begins at the end of the trial unless canceled.
6. 14-day guarantee
We offer a 14-day guarantee from the first subscription charge. If within this period Luna doesn't make sense for you, just contact our support email and we'll refund every cent — no questions asked, no red tape. After this period, billing follows the subscription cycle.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use Luna in a lawful and respectful way. It is prohibited to attempt to hack the app, copy our content, resell the service, create mass accounts, or use Luna for any illegal activity. If we identify misuse, we may suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.
8. Informational content, not medical advice
Luna is an organization and tracking tool. The information, sleep window suggestions, alerts, and reports provided by the app are based on patterns observed in families with similar profiles and are for informational purposes only. Luna does not replace medical, pediatric, or other healthcare professional advice. Always consult your baby's pediatrician for any concerns, behavior changes, or worrying signs.
9. Intellectual property
All Luna content (interface, text, images, logos, sounds, code, and brand) is owned by or licensed to GLD Solutions. Access to the app does not transfer any ownership rights to you. The data you record (your baby's sleep, feedings, etc.) remains yours, and you can request a copy or deletion at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep Luna available and running well, but we can't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for medical decisions made based on app content, for indirect damages, or for failures arising from force majeure, internet instability, or issues with the stores (Apple, Google) and the data server. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.
11. Account termination
You can close your account at any time in the app settings or by request via email. When that happens, we remove your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Luna evolves or as required by law. If the change is significant, we'll notify you by email or inside the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Luna after the new version takes effect means you agree to it.
13. Applicable law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute related to Luna's use shall be resolved in the venue of the District of Recife, Pernambuco, unless consumer law applicable to you allows another venue.
